SOPHIE LI

I’m a Chinese Canadian writer and illustrator living in Vancouver, British Columbia. My love for stories began as a shy and anxious teenager, when found refuge and self-expression through books and manga. Creating my own stories with just a pen, paper, and my wandering mind felt like magic.

I’d taken a break from all that to make room for adulting–college, a stable job with benefits and pension–but despite all my efforts to leave my childhood behind, the stories never left me.

Now I continue to create stories in prose and comic format. Welcome to my corner of the universe.
